Jasmine Miller started on her yoga path at 5:30am on March 1, 2012. She has taken every kind of class we have to offer (hot, yin, restorative, nifty over fifty, chair and khundalini.) Showing an interest in learning from every possible teacher while maintaining a balanced and kind practice. In the last two and a half years she’s contributed numerous laughs and shed many tears while learning and growing within the Breathe walls. In September of 2013 she was able to travel to Rishikesh, India and practice atop the Himalayas. Her love for yoga is contagious and she always wants to share with friends. She always has a way to add a little playfulness and whimsy into her practice.
So it only seemed natural for her to take the first ever Galactic Child Yoga Teacher Training. Her love of children dates back to 1989 when a two year old. Jasmine pointed at a baby and told her mom she wanted one. Mixing her two loves is sure to be an experience that any child will benefit from. She intends to expand their minds by introducing them to concepts usually saved for adults. Always saving some room in the curriculum to learn a little from them. Jasmine is now a mother to her beautiful son Osho.
“Keep me away from the wisdom which does not cry, the philosophy which does not laugh and the greatness which does not bow before children.”
